FOUR DRM ECOSYSTEMS. ONE CONNECTED PLATFORM.
01 / A BIGGER CANVAS FOR YOUR CONTENT
Build the app your viewers want to come back to.
Haihaisoft has published updated DRM-X 6.0 Universal Player SDK previews for Android and Apple platforms, alongside a Samsung Smart TV SDK preview for Tizen. The latest beta gives developers more ways to build branded apps around protected video.
The release also advances Live DRM with AWS, including verified 4K playback on a native iPhone, and introduces a refreshed multilingual website with expanded setup guides. OTT services, education providers, live broadcasters, content owners and creators are invited to evaluate the latest updates.
02 / UNIVERSAL PLAYER SDKs

SDK access: Customer SDK downloads require an active Professional or Enterprise subscription. Guides, app screenshots, the Android evaluation APK and Samsung TV evaluation installation kit are public. Apple sample apps are built with Xcode; Samsung installation requires signing for the target TV. Feature availability varies by platform and device.
03 / LIVE DRM WITH AWS
Go live in 4K.
Keep access under your control.
Bring premium live events, lessons and broadcasts to your viewers with DRM-X 6.0 and Amazon Web Services. The integration connects AWS Elemental MediaLive, AWS Elemental MediaPackage v2 and Amazon CloudFront, using SPEKE 2.0 for DRM key exchange.

SPEKE 2.0 · Rotating content keys · Authorized viewers
Native iPhone testing successfully decoded a protected 4K live stream. Additional live playback and key rotation were tested at 1080p on a Samsung Android device. The AWS workflow supports Widevine, FairPlay and PlayReady delivery paths; your backend determines which viewers can access each stream.
Actual resolution depends on the playback device, codec, network and content policy. Validate your intended devices and event workflow before launch.
04 / A CLEARER PATH FROM DEMO TO INTEGRATION
A refreshed website.
Practical guides. More languages.
The new DRM-X 6.0 homepage is available in English, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Bengali, Indonesian and Vietnamese. The updated design brings the player experience, supported platforms and current beta progress into focus.
Multilingual documentation now includes expanded native SDK guides, Samsung TV installation steps, AWS Live DRM examples, and illustrated Amazon S3 and Cloudflare R2 setup tutorials. Developers can follow the workflow from creating storage and configuring CORS to uploading protected content and testing delivery.
For a quick first look, the public PHP demo opens directly to the player and automatically signs visitors in as Demo Viewer. Press Play to try the public evaluation content, then use the sample code to understand the integration.
05 / FITS THE WAY YOU ALREADY WORK
Your platform. Your audience.
Protected video.
DRM-X brings Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay and WisePlay together in one platform. Web and native integrations let you connect playback to your own accounts, purchases, subscriptions and course enrollment.
